Summer roll - Gỏi Cuốn

This dish is encountered anywhere around the streets of Saigon Viet Nam. Only a thin slice coated outer layer, inside the coil some red fresh peeled cooked shrimp, lean pork, noodles, basil, chives leaves and a cup sauce, Summer roll proved to be a gift or a lot of people preferred. The essence of the dish salad is located in the cup sauce. Each restaurant has its own secret sauce prepared for each type of book with flavors and where to be.
